Psilocybe shrooms (along with all other forms of fungi) are commonly propagated using one of two methods; Tissue Cloning (isolation) or Spore Inoculation. Learn more about which method is best suited to your application, and view step-by-step video tutorials on our resources page!

The process of mushroom cultivation requires sterility and attention to detail, but is not prohibitively expensive, or out of reach for the average individual.

 

  Find all of the supplies and equipment you will need in our shop, whatever the size and budget of your cultivation project, and follow along with our video tutorials for specific instructions on how to use Spores-Lab products!

At a minimum we recommend;

Still Air Box/Flow Hood (See tutorials for building one of these)

Sealable bags or mason jars for colonization

Inoculation Port Lids (if using a spore syringe)

Pressure sterilized colonization medium

Pressure sterilized fruiting medium

Sealable tray/box for fruiting

Gloves

Disinfectant

Micro-pore tape

Mushroom Spores or Isolated Culture.
